Brand Executive – Licensing

About the Role

We're looking for a Brand Executive – Licensing to join a growing and highly regarded brand licensing team in Melbourne.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in FMCG, consumer brands, marketing or licensing who wants to work with some of the world's most recognised brands and help bring innovative licensed products to market.

Working alongside experienced brand and licensing professionals, you'll support the development and management of licensing programs across a diverse portfolio of consumer brands.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support the management of a portfolio of well-known consumer brands

• Work with licensing partners to develop new products and opportunities

• Coordinate product approvals from concept through to market

• Review product concepts, packaging and marketing materials against brand guidelines

• Assist with presentations, proposals and brand updates

• Maintain strong relationships with clients, licensees and internal stakeholders

• Monitor projects, timelines and key deliverables

• Identify emerging consumer, category and retail trends

• Support the broader team across licensing and brand management initiatives

About You

You'll be commercially minded, highly organised and passionate about brands and consumer products.

Ideally, you'll bring:

• Experience in brand management, marketing, FMCG, licensing or a related field

• An understanding of consumer brands and the retail environment

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Excellent organisation and attention to detail

• Confidence managing multiple projects and priorities

• Strong written and presentation skills

• A collaborative approach and willingness to get involved

Experience within FMCG or consumer products would be highly regarded.
